Face Paint and Balloons – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, when you book with Face Paint and Balloons, our artists reserve your event time exclusively for you and may turn down other opportunities. To honor their time and commitment, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Cancellations

• If you cancel 7 days or more before your event, you will not be charged beyond your deposit.
   
• If you cancel within 7 days of your event, 50% of the total booking fee will be due.
   
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your event, the full booking fee will be due.
   

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
   
• Your deposit can be applied to a future event if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
   
• Rescheduling within 7 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above terms.
   

Weather Policy (for outdoor events)

• If weather is a concern, we ask that you provide an indoor backup location.
   
• If you choose to cancel due to weather without rescheduling, the cancellation policy above still applies.
   

No-Show Policy

• If our artists arrive and the event is canceled on-site or the client is not present, the full balance will be due.
